As the managing director for the Green Spa Network I'm excited to be helping to manifest one of the most powerful green-ideas in the new cultural tide of greening.  Exploring the connection between wellness, beauty and compassion for the earth has long been one of my greatest passions.

On a personal level - I have simple tastes and interests, mostly around spending time with my husband and my friends.  I've been fortunate enough to have spent the last year living in Rome and learning a true appreciation for good food and a slow pace of life.  I hope never to lose those things!  I'm deeply concerned about the state of the US on the global stage and find myself equally inspired by the amazing people affiliated with sites like Zaadz and depressed by the anger and fear that rules the day.

I was raised mostly in the Southwest US and moved to Madison, WI to go to graduate school where I was enrolled at the Gaylord Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies.  I have worked for nonprofits, start-ups and a large corporation - each of which had their own powerful environmental mission.
